TNT relinquishes the AWF Championship
At the Wallsend event of the "Rise Up" Tour, TNT addressed the fans and updated his injury status. He announced that his shoulder has not yet healed and he could be out for some time yet. As a result of this, he is still unable to defend his AWF Championship, which is a condition of being the champion. As a result, TNT surrendered the title belt.
So what will happen now? TNT announced that over the "Break Out" Tour a tournament will be held to determine the new AWF Champion. Will the belt return to the Freakshow? Will Detonation Crew keep the title within their group? Or can one of AWF's upcoming young superstars "Break out" and become champion?
